The Australian Catholic Youth Ministry Convention is a collaborative event hosted by the Bishops Commission for Pastoral Life. The following organisations are contributing to ensure the 2012 ACYMC becomes a reality.
Australian Catholic Bishops Conference (ACBC)
The Australian Catholic Bishops Conference is committed to the further development of ministry with young people in Australia. The Australian Catholic Youth Council provides advice to the Bishops Commission for Pastoral Life (BCPL) regarding youth matters and work is carried out by the Senior Youth Ministry Projects Officer and the BCPL Executive Secretary. Young people are key constituents in a significant number of the ACBC Commissions including Justice and Development, Catholic Education, Mission and Faith Formation, and Church Ministry.

Diocese of Wollongong
In 2011 the Diocese of Wollongong was appointed as the Host of the second Australian Catholic Youth Ministry Convention. The Youth and Young Adult Office together with other agencies of the diocese will play an integral role in preparing the conference.

Campbelltown Catholic Club - King of Clubs
The Campbelltown Catholic Club has partnered with the Australian Catholic Youth Ministry Convention to provide a professional venue. With multiple function rooms and ‘the Cube' entertainment centre, it provides the ACYMC 2012 with a creative and open space supported by a professional events team.

Kids Help Line / Boystown
Founded by the De La Salle’ Brothers, Kids Helpline has recently celebrated 20 years of support and ministry with the youth of Australia. Boystown (www.boystown.com.au) also provide services to parents through www.parentline.com.au.
Broken Bay Institute
The Broken Bay Institute is the leading provider of accredited study in Catholic youth ministry in Australia. BBI offer multiple units in youth ministry which can be accredited at a variety of levels of study offered by the Institute. Youth Mission Team
Youth Mission Team is a group of committed catholic young adults who give up a year of their life in ministry with young people. Team members live in community and provides retreats, leadership formation, prayer and worship and other ministry experiences.
